The refurbishment required 68 blinds to be manufactured and installed across multiple levels within a tight construction schedule. Coordinating with other trades in an active refurbishment environment meant installation needed to be precise, efficient, and flexible to site conditions. Maintaining finish quality while working within a fast-paced hotel redevelopment added further complexity.
Blind Force manufactured all blinds locally in Adelaide, allowing full control over quality and turnaround times. Installation was sequenced alongside other fit-out works to keep progress on track without disruption. The result was a seamless, high-standard finish that enhanced the hotel’s interiors and met Polites Property Group’s strict project deadlines.
The completed Ambassador Hotel refurbishment achieved a refined and cohesive finish, with every blind contributing to the building’s refreshed character. Delivered on time and to specification, the project showcased Blind Force’s ability to balance precision, speed and coordination on high-profile commercial refurbishments.
For Blind Force, it was an opportunity to demonstrate the value of local manufacturing and responsive project delivery—ensuring premium results even under tight construction timelines.
Next projects.
